Macro’s for Image Processing

Dr. Wisniewski wrote a number of custom ImageJ Macros aimed at streamlining image processing tasks such as:

1.Batch processing of multichannel images with interactively set parameters
(color, target name, brightness range) and their preparation for review, presentation and publication

2. Interactive segmentation and analysis of multiple images in batch mode,
with selected measurements gathered in a custom result table

3. Creation of 3D visualizations in a batch mode to enable efficient classification of
different structures prior to more detailed segmentation and analysis

4. Batch segmentation and analysis, with custom result table output, of 3D structures

Software

Zeiss ZEN

Arivis Vision4D is a modular software for working with multi-channel 2D, 3D and 4D images of almost unlimited size independent of available RAM.
