Laboratory of Cancer Biology and Genetics Microscopy Core

Ross Lake has been a Biologist in the Microscopy Core Facility of the Laboratory of Cancer Biology and Genetics Microscopy Core in the Center for Cancer Research of the NCI for over 16 years. He has managed the Core Facility since 2014.

He has extensive experience in cell and molecular biology, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, as well as in microscopy.In addition to managing the Core, Ross conducts research in collaboration with Dr. Kathy Kelly on the role of CD97, an adhesion class GPCR, in tumor progression and metastasis.

Ross also manages the running of the Laboratory of Cancer Biology and Genetics Microscopy Core.
