Sneha Anmalsetty graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with Honors, earning a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a minor in Bioethics and Medical Humanities. At Penn State, she designed protocols to study molecular interactions of platelets and healthy endothelial cells, as they are potential contributors to cardiovascular disease progression. At OMAL she is investigating how hypoxic gradients influence the epithelial – mesenchymal transition in an in vitro model of the tumor microenvironment (TME) of triple negative breast cancer.
