Core Mission
The High-Throughput Imaging Facility (HiTIF) is dedicated to enabling systematic, large-scale characterization of complex phenotypes at the single-cell level. Equipped with automated liquid handling for library management, confocal fluorescence microscopy for high-throughput live imaging, and advanced image and data analysis software, HiTIF supports cutting-edge research in functional genomics and chemical genetics. By facilitating RNAi and CRISPR/Cas9 screens to uncover molecular pathways, as well as chemical screens to identify biologically active compounds with therapeutic potential, HiTIF provides a powerful platform for quantifying rare phenotypic events in heterogeneous cell populations and advancing biomedical discovery.
