LCMB Microscopy Core

The LCMB Microscopy Core provides state-of-the-art equipment, training, and expert guidance to support advanced imaging research, with a focus on standard confocal microscopy, live cell imaging, total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF), and single molecule localization microscopy (SMLM), including PALM and dSTORM. Additionally, the Core features hardware and software for Virtual Reality visualization of microscopic data. While primarily serving researchers in the Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Biology (LCMB), the core welcomes other users when resources are available, fostering excellence in imaging techniques and advancing scientific discovery.
