Background
Favour Nwagugo graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore County with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. At UMBC he worked in a vision science lab to understand the activation and deactivation of the melanopsin in mouse and armadillo using chimeric genes and calcium signaling. At the OMAL, he is optimizing conventional and expansion microscopy protocols for 3D fluorescence imaging of tumor tissues and other samples.
