Macro’s for Image Processing
Dr. Wisniewski wrote a number of custom ImageJ Macros aimed at streamlining image processing tasks such as:
1.Batch processing of multichannel images with interactively set parameters
(color, target name, brightness range) and their preparation for review, presentation and publication
2. Interactive segmentation and analysis of multiple images in batch mode,
with selected measurements gathered in a custom result table
3. Creation of 3D visualizations in a batch mode to enable efficient classification of
different structures prior to more detailed segmentation and analysis
4. Batch segmentation and analysis, with custom result table output, of 3D structures
Arivis Vision4D is a modular software for working with multi-channel 2D, 3D and 4D images of almost unlimited size independent of available RAM.
The world’s leading Interactive Microscopy Image Analysis software company, actively shaping the way microscopic images are processed through constant innovation and a clear focus on 3D and 4D imaging.
Nikon’s universal software platform, NIS-Elements combines powerful image acquisition, analysis, visualization and data sharing tools.
HCImage is Hamamatsu’s image acquisition and analysis software suite designed to provide a flexible, easy-to-use solution for a wide range of imaging applications.
Fiji Image J
Fiji is an image processing package—a “batteries-included” distribution of ImageJ, bundling a lot of plugins which facilitate scientific image analysis.
