Ms. Akpan received a B.S. in Chemistry from Cameron University in 2005. She earned a M.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2007, using fluorescence microscopy as part of her Master’s studies. She joined the Microscopy Core in 2009.
